The view from the hotel of the castle and river was fine. The location was great, with easy access to the town center and bus stop. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast had plenty of delicious choices.

Great views of the river and castle, especially from the rooftop bar/restaurant. Staff are helpful and pleasant. About a 25-minute walk to the main market square, but interesting views along the way. Decent breakfast and enough parking spaces for guests.

This hotel is a hidden gem with unbeatable views of the castle. The staff are friendly and the rooms, especially those with a Wawel view, are spacious and clean. The location is perfect, with easy access to the main attractions.
One thing that could be improved is the air conditioning, which is switched off at night.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, in a quiet area but still within short distances to most of the places I wanted to visit. The hotel was near the river, offering beautiful views. The room was clean, and the bathroom was spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they provided excellent service. The breakfast was basic but satisfying. it was a convenient and comfortable stay.
The view from the room was not as impressive as some other hotels in the area.
